By making a purchase from, or using the website, you have accepted these terms and conditions and entered into a binding agreement with Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry. Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions and users are responsible for keeping up to date with such changes.

Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry accepts purchases from Sweden, the EU and the rest of the world. To make a purchase at www.charlottehedberg.com you need to be over 18 years of age. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and use your personal data within the company to fulfill our obligations to you. Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry will send an automatically generated purchase confirmation to the email address you entered when you filled out the customer data form. The purchase is completed when you receive this purchase confirmation from us. If you do not receive an email from us after your purchase has been completed, please contact us at charlotte@charlottehedberg.se. Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry will always do our best to complete your purchase. There may be circumstances that make it impossible for us to complete the purchase, for example if our suppliers do not fulfill their obligations to us. If there is a problem with a purchase, we will notify you immediately by email. You always have the right to cancel the purchase if we cannot complete it. Compensation beyond the price of the product and shipping costs will not be paid to you.

Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry reserves the right to change prices without notice. In the case of currencies other than SEK, the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the current exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction and according to their rates. Charlotte Hedberg Jewelry has no control over these rates and is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or exchange fees charged by your bank. All prices shown on the page include Swedish VAT (25% of the total amount). At checkout, before making a binding purchase, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes and shipping. Payment takes place through Klarna. We accept payments by credit and debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. When you pay by card, you will be asked for the card number, name of the cardholder, its validity period and the CVC code. There is no extra charge for card payments. We do not store credit card information and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. unclaimed packages For all unclaimed packages, you will be charged all fees in connection with the return delivery, approximately SEK 100.
